We practice safe and beneficial yoga sequences that build strength and stretch the body. The chair is used as a prop for balance and supports the legs , feet and back. The movements are modified and can be done by almost everybody (every level) , without requiring us to get on the floor.

It represents the harvest of goals and intentions set earlier in the year. This calming meditation and yoga stretch practice, relaxes the Body Mind and Spirit and leaves you feeling refreshed.
This is a light stretch class, that increases flexibility and restores muscle relaxation.
This restorative movement and relaxation class can be done sitting on a chair, or on the mat.
