Chair Yoga at Andrews Chapel

Chair Yoga is a safe way to exercise, and build strength with a group of friends who are meeting up in your own community. This class is open to all levels, and invites accessible yoga students.

Improve balance, strength and stamina while using the chair for support of all poses.

No experience needed and open to the Community.
