Chair Yoga Fendol Farms Fri @ 9:45am

Chair Yoga combines a complete breath-to-movement workout that refreshing the mind and Body.

This practice involves spiritual meditation to start the energy flow and focuses on deep breathing to nourish the body.

We travel through the yoga sequences to build strength and stretches that invigorate the body. The chair is used as a prop for balance and supports the legs , feet and back without requiring us to get on the floor.
