
Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of yoga from the comfort of a chair! This one hour practice increases mental focus, deep breathing and strength. We use basic poses and stretches that leave you feeling exhilarated.
In yoga, you naturally improve meditation, energy flow and nourishment to the body.
We practice safe and beneficial yoga sequences that build strength and stretch the body. The chair is used as a prop for balance and supports the legs , feet and back. The movements are modified and can be done by almost everybody (every level) , without requiring us to get on the floor.
