
This yoga flow class connects us with the awareness of our breath, and includes stretching and yoga poses that energize, build strength, and release tension.
This is a YOGA flow mat class, where you will learn and practice traditional sequences. We include stretches on the mat, and Shavasana (silent meditation) at the end of class to let- go of the tension that no longer serves us.
For men and women who want to maintain strength and flexibility!
Optional chair is used as a prop for balance without requiring you to get on the floor.
